The Founder
Hi, I’m Ella DeRoche, a proud Knoxville native and a student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I’m majoring in Marketing with a focus on Digital and Visual Marketing and a collateral in Entrepreneurship, along with a minor in Advertising and Public Relations. My time at UTK has fueled my passion for building creative, impactful businesses, and I’m excited to bring that same energy and expertise to Happy Paws Doggy Day Care.
As a lifelong dog lover and proud dog mom to my pup, Bilbo, I wanted to create a space where pets feel safe, loved, and engaged while their owners are away. Growing up in Knoxville, I know how important a strong sense of community is, and I strive to bring that same care and connection to the families we serve at Happy Paws. Combining my marketing background with my love for animals, I’m dedicated to making Happy Paws a place where every dog can thrive.
